At JA of South Central Kentucky, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!

M&L Electrical Race for JA
When: Saturday, June 01, 2024Enjoy racing go karts for a great cause! Participants will receive an event T-shirt, lunch ticket, and an adrenaline-filled heat race go-kart experience. Companies and members of the public are encouraged to participate.

When: Saturday, February 10, 2024Join us at Southern Lanes in Bowling Green Saturday, February 10, 2024, from 8:00 -11 am CT as you enjoy some bowling fun and support Junior Achievement of South Central Kentucky's mission of empowering young people to succeed in a global economy. This year we are excited to announce that your company can choose to sponsor a Corporate Team where your employees bowl, or sponsor a Sponsored Team of local youth and special populations teams.

Distinguished Business Hall of Fame
When: Tuesday, March 14, 2023THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT! In 1992, the Business Hall of Fame was created to honor the lives and accomplishments of extraordinary South Central Kentuckians. Hall of Fame laureates are nominated by members of the community, and then selected by an independent committee.

JA Inspire Virtual - South Central KY
When: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 - Tuesday, May 16, 2023The JA offices in Bowling Green, Owensboro and Lexington are partnering up for this year's JA Inspire Virtual, a virtual career and higher education fair that will introduce 15,000 8th-12th grade students and 18-25-year-olds from more than 62 counties in greater Kentucky area to local businesses as a way to promote work readiness and keep jobs in South Central Kentucky.
Junior Achievement and the Young Athenas are teaming up to bring the JA Girl$ program presented by Citizens First Bank,to girls and young women in the Bowling Green area. The Young Athenas of Bowling Green are a prestigious group of young professionals who have received the Young Athena award through the Chamber of Commerce.
